I think you automate this and grab the rss url then ping and promote them automatically using a little software app..

If you can give me more info the process you use for this then maybe I can knock something up..

Thanks

Hi, Dan here from the Warrior Forum.

Question for you... When you tag a URL in Delicious it creates a DoFollow RSS feed item for that URL. Is there any way to automate this?

Thanks,

Dan

Which feedburner plugin are you talking about? There are so many and the descriptions do not match what you are saying about:

"Step 1) If you have a niche specific niche keyword phrase and your running ‘wordpress’ as your blogging platform then install the ‘feedburner’ plug in to enable your RSS feed to contain your ‘main’ keyword phrase.

ie. instead of the default feed being: http://yourdomain/feed
it becomes http://yourdomain/my-keyword-phrase-here"

HELP!

Great, thanks for the reply.

If my icerocket feed is profile links, should I be changing the title and summary for each entry? If they are all the same it kinda looks spammy on the feed doesn't it?

Thanks again,
Stephen

You ping the published feed itself. So you create your icerocket feed and add your child items then click the publish link and it creates an icerocket feed to publish to the RSS directories.. It is that 'published' link (the icerocket one) that you submit 'and' ping. Your published feed will look similar to the following:

http://rss.icerocket.com/xmlfeed?id=20658

regards

Steve
