Google Mystify Traffic Strategy
Stage 1:
Define your keyword phrase to target (we will call this ‘K1’)
1) Create your first blog article targeting keyword phrase ‘K1’ (in bold and italics)
2) Create a ‘squidoo’ lens targeting keyword phrase ‘K1’ and link to blog article with ‘K1’ in the anchor text.
3) Create a wetpaint site targeting keyword phrase ‘K1’ and link to blog article with ‘K1’ in the anchor text and also link to the ‘squidoo’ lens with ‘K1’ in the anchor text.
4) Create a hub page targeting keyword phrase ‘K1’ and link to blog article with ‘K1’ in the anchor text and also link to the ‘squidoo’ lens with ‘K1’ in the anchor text.
5) Create a ‘zimbio’ site targeting keyword phrase ‘K1’ and link to blog article with ‘K1’ in the anchor text and also link to the ‘squidoo’ lens with ‘K1’ in the anchor text.
This will give us the following linking structure:
Now socially bookmark all of your web 2.0 properties and your article using the following sites:
- folkd
- propeller
- dig
- stumbleupon
- diigo
- del.icio.us
- Google Bookmarks
- Sphinn
- Newsvine
Stage 2:
1) Go to each of your sites and copy the rss feed.
2) Submit each of the feeds to the rss directories.
3) You can submit all at once if your combine them all using yahoo pipes and submit the yahoo pipe of all your feeds.
Stage 3:
1) Create an article of 300-500 words targeting your keyword phrase
2) Go to ‘jetspinner.com’ and spin the article 3 times to give us 4 articles.
3) Create a call to action for your signature that contains 2 links. 1 link goes back to your ‘blog article’ and the other to your web 2.0 property.
4) Submit the articles to different article directories as follows:
o ezine articles
o iSnare
o GoArticles
o Buzzle
5) Once published we do 2 things
a. Get the rss feeds for each of the articles
b. Submit the rss feeds to the rss directories
c. Submit each of the articles to the following book marking sites
§ folkd
§ propeller
§ dig
§ stumbleupon
§ diigo
§ del.icio.us
§ Google Bookmarks
§ Sphinn
§ Newsvine
6) The last thing we do with the ezine article is to copy the ‘print article link’ and submit this to the following:
i. Twitter
ii. Google bookmarks
iii. Rss feeds
